Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
- Cucumbers 5 oz
- Turnips 5 oz
- Hot smoked pink salmon 5 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Sorrel to taste
- Creamy Horseradish 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Bread Kvass 25 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins.
Step 2
Cool and cut into small cubes.
Step 3
Boil the eggs.
Step 4
Cool, peel, and cut into small cubes.
Step 5
Cut the fresh cucumber and radishes into cubes.
Step 6
Slice the smoked fish.
Step 7
Prepare the dressing. In a blender, combine half of the chopped eggs, horseradish, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and sugar.
Step 8
Add the kvass and blend until smooth.
Step 9
In a deep bowl, arrange all the ingredients for the okroshka, and garnish with sorrel leaves and dill on top.
Step 10
Serve with a pitcher of dressing.
