Ingredients
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 1 piece
- Cured beef 5 oz
- Dill to taste
- Scallions 1 piece
- Bread Kvass 10 fl oz
- Kefir 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared cucumbers, radishes, and beef into strips. Grate the egg and potato on a coarse grater. Slice the green onion into thin rings and finely chop the dill.
Step 2
In a large deep round bowl, arrange the chopped vegetables in a circle, place the sliced meat in the center, and sprinkle with onion and dill on top.
Step 3
Dress to taste with kvass or kefir.
