Description

Ingredients
- Beef hoof 5 oz
- Beef Kidneys 5 oz
- Beef Kidneys 5 oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Pork fat 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Tomato Puree 1½ tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the heart, lung, kidneys, and udder, then pass them through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped pork fat with the onion, add the prepared offal, and sauté together.
Step 3
Then sprinkle with flour, pour in water (less than a glass), add salt, tomato puree, and finally add sour cream.
