
Octopuses in White Wine

Very delicious, especially with a green salad and a cold white wine! Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Octopus 30 oz
- Shallot 4 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Parsley 0 oz
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine 10 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the octopuses and pat them dry.
Step 2
Peel the shallots and garlic. Dice the shallots and mince the garlic. Rinse the parsley, pat it dry, and chop it finely.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the octopuses over medium heat until partially cooked. Add the shallots and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Then add the garlic, pour in the wine, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper, and add the parsley. You can drizzle with lemon.
