  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Pickled Apples 4 pieces
  • Coconut Milk 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Vanillin to taste
  • Walnuts 0 oz
  • Sugar to taste
  • Oat flakes 5 oz

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.

In a saucepan or skillet, melt the coconut oil (can be replaced with butter).
