Ingredients
- Oat Groats ½ cup
- Amaranth flour 1 tablespoon
- Chia Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water ¾ cup
- Frozen Blueberries to taste
- Honey 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine the oat groats, amaranth flour, chia seeds, blueberries, and salt in an oven-safe dish and pour boiling water over it.
Step 2
Add honey or maple syrup, stir, and cover with a lid. Leave overnight.
Step 3
In the morning, heat the mixture on high power for 2 minutes in the microwave. Carefully remove the lid, stir, and return to the microwave for 2 or more minutes until the mixture is no longer watery.
Step 4
Serve on a plate and drizzle with your desired topping.
