Oatmeal Nuggets

Ingredients

  • Kefir 5 fl oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
  • Oat flakes 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Italian chopped parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast and cut it into long, not too thick pieces.

Step 2

Pour kefir over the chicken, add salt and spices to taste, and let it marinate in the refrigerator. Ideally, for more than an hour.

Step 3

Mix the oatmeal (if you can't find fine oats, grind the large ones for just a second, but don't turn them into flour) with the herbs and paprika.

Step 4

Coat the chicken pieces in the oatmeal mixture and place them in a preheated oven on a baking sheet or in a dish, baking for 20 minutes at 355°F.
