Description

Nut-Crusted Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloin 20 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Honey-Mustard Dressing 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts 5 pieces
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the tenderloin into chops. Place them in a skillet greased with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Next, let's prepare the sauce. The sauce is the surprise. Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. Add the onion to a heated skillet, then press in the garlic. Sauté for about 2–3 minutes and add the tomatoes. Chop the walnuts, either in a blender or finely with a knife, whichever is easier. Pour the walnuts into a small bowl, add the mustard, mayonnaise, sour cream, and the sautéed mixture (previously prepared with butter). Mix well and add spices (a mix of different peppers and dried herbs).

Step 3

Spread the sauce over the chops. Drizzle with balsamic glaze on top. Place in a preheated oven at 320°F for 45 minutes.
