Nuremberg-Style Glazed Pork
Main Dishes • German
Description
Don't be alarmed by the large amount of sugar, as the meat will only be coated with a thin layer of glaze, while the rest will remain in the pan. The flavor is not sweet, but rather savory, enhancing the taste of the meat itself. Moreover, the dish is quite 'festive' — perfect for surprising your guests!
