  • Mild Chili Spice to taste
  • Leek 2 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olive Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

  • Asparagus 1 bunch
  • Carrot 1 piece

vegetable mix (carrot, leek, root celery, parsley root)

lemon, cut into wedges - 1 piece

white wine - 1 cup

Prepare the broth: boil the peeled vegetables, lemon, dill, and parsley in water with white wine and spices. Steam the Norwegian salmon fillet for 15 minutes over the boiling broth. Cut the vegetables into strips and sauté with fresh garlic and chili pepper. Then arrange the vegetables and steamed salmon on a plate. Garnish with green shoots and dress with tomato-dill sauce.
