Ingredients

  • Egg noodles 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Red Chili Pepper 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Spinach 5 oz
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce ½ tablespoon
  • Sake 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Water ½ tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dressing: Toast the sesame seeds in a pan until golden, then grind them in a mortar. Mix the other dressing ingredients.

Step 2

Cook the noodles until done, then drain in a colander.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Sauté the chili and garlic for 2-3 minutes, add the noodles and mix well. Add the spinach, sautéing and stirring until soft.

Step 4

Transfer to plates and drizzle with the dressing.
