Ingredients
- Udon Noodles 10 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Yakiniku sauce to taste
- Cilantro 3 sprigs
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the carrot into small strips.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Cut the bell pepper into strips.
Step 4
Cut the chicken breast into strips with a sharp knife.
Step 5
Pour olive oil into a well-heated wok pan.
Step 6
First, sauté the onion and carrot until soft and remove them.
Step 7
In the same oil, sauté the bell pepper.
Step 8
Place all the vegetables in a separate bowl.

Boil the noodles until cooked, adding salt to the water to taste.

Meanwhile, in the same pan, sauté the chicken breast until cooked. Add salt.

Add the vegetables to the chicken and sauté for another 1-2 minutes.

Drain the noodles in a colander.
