Ingredients
- Potato 10 oz
- Carrot 3 pieces
- Meat 5 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Pilaf Spices a pinch
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Rice Paper 9 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potato into small cubes and boil until cooked.
Step 2
Cut the carrot into small cubes and boil until half cooked.
Step 3
Sauté the meat, cut into small pieces, with pilaf seasoning and salt.
Step 4
Mix with the potato and carrot, and sauté with olive oil.
Step 5
Wrap in slightly water-soaked rice paper into rolls or envelopes.
Step 6
The finished nem can be fried in a pan.
Step 7
Serve with soy sauce.
