  • Onion 3 heads
  • Carrot 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour to taste
  • 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Rinse the navaga under running water, remove the head, tail, and fins, and clean out the insides. If the navaga is large, cut it into portion-sized pieces; if it is small, leave it whole.

Coat the fish in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper, and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Slice the onion into half rings and grate the carrot using a large grater. Sauté the vegetables until they are halfway cooked.

Place the navaga in a baking dish, layer the vegetables on top, and then add the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put it in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for about 30 minutes. Garnish the finished dish with parsley.
