- Onion 3 heads
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the navaga under running water, remove the head, tail, and fins, and clean out the insides. If the navaga is large, cut it into portion-sized pieces; if it is small, leave it whole.
Step 2
Coat the fish in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings and grate the carrot using a large grater. Sauté the vegetables until they are halfway cooked.
Step 4
Place the navaga in a baking dish, layer the vegetables on top, and then add the sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put it in a preheated oven at 355°F and bake for about 30 minutes. Garnish the finished dish with parsley.
