Mussels with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Parsley to taste
- Mussels to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the mussels well, place them in a pot, cover with cold water, and slowly heat over the fire until the shells open and the meat becomes tender.
Step 2
Drain the water and remove one of the shells.
Step 3
Arrange the mussels on a warmed dish with the remaining shell facing up.
Step 4
Sauté the flour with the butter and dilute with a glass of the broth in which the mussels were cooked.
Step 5
Season with crushed garlic.
Step 6
Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the egg yolk and lemon juice.
Step 7
Pour the sauce over the mussels and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
Step 8
Serve warm.
