  • Mussels 15 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Marinate the mussels for 10 minutes in wine and lemon juice; add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Slice the onion and tomatoes into rounds, and grate the cheese.

Step 3

Skewer the marinated mussels onto wooden skewers.

Step 4

Place foil on a baking sheet (considering that the mussels will need to be wrapped), and layer the mussels and prepared vegetables. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 5

Completely wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
