Ingredients
- Mussels 10 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Onion 4 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Fish Oil 2 tablespoons
- Spices to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the mussels for 15–20 minutes in milk with chopped onion (3–4 pieces), allspice, and bay leaf.
Step 2
Then cut them in half, sprinkle with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and fry.
Step 3
At the end of frying, add 1 onion (finely chopped), tomato paste diluted with broth, crushed garlic, and herbs.
Step 4
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with fried potatoes and parsley.
