Ingredients
- Mussels 10 oz
- Ground Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the mussels.
Step 2
Chop the onion and sauté it.
Step 3
Pass the boiled mussels with soaked breadcrumbs through a meat grinder, add the sautéed onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Serve with mashed potatoes, buckwheat porridge, or stewed cabbage, sprinkle the mussels with chopped parsley and drizzle with oil.
