Mushrooms with Sour Cream and Cheese
Ingredients
- Morels 5 oz
- Suluguni Cheese 0 oz
- Serbian Bryndza cheese 0 oz
- Watercress 1 stalk
- Marinated cherries 4 pieces
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Mushroom seasoning 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 2
Finely chop the tomatoes.
Step 3
Cut both cheeses into small cubes, combine with the tomatoes and garlic.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the mushrooms. Add 1/3 of the chopped watercress.
Step 5
In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil.
Step 6
Add the mushrooms to the oil.
Step 7
Sauté the mushrooms over high heat for 3–4 minutes, then stir.
Step 8
After 2 minutes, reduce the heat and add the mayonnaise.
Step 9
Add the spices and reduce the heat to medium. Sauté, stirring, for 3–4 minutes.
Step 10
Add the sour cream. Mix well.
Step 11
After 1 minute, add the cheese and vegetable mixture. Stir and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a plate, garnish with the remaining watercress, and serve.
