- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Margarine 0 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms, place them in a pot, add the fat, chopped onion, and simmer until cooked. Add a flour mixture, salt, and pepper, and bring to a boil. Stir in the sour cream and add dill, mixing well.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes.
Step 3
Fry the eggs in a pan, place them on a round plate, top with the stewed mushrooms, and surround with mashed potatoes.
