Mushrooms in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Sour Cream 15 oz
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Salted honey mushrooms 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, boil the mushrooms (if they are chanterelles, fry them immediately until the water evaporates). When the water boils, it's better to drain it and add fresh water. Let them simmer for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
After the mushrooms are cooked, place them in a heated skillet with oil.
Step 3
After 15 minutes, add the onion, season with salt and pepper, and fry for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti.
Step 5
Once the mushrooms are ready, add the sour cream, slightly diluted with water to avoid it being too thick.
Step 6
Let them simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 7
Serve the spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce and mushrooms on top, and if desired, garnish with herbs.
