- Puff Pastry 15 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Mixed forest mushrooms 10 oz
- Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and cut out 4 circles about 15 cm in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Heat a large skillet, add the butter, and sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes until the liquid evaporates.
Step 3
Season, then remove from heat and mix the mushrooms with the Parmesan, parsley, and garlic.
Step 4
Fold the edges of the pastry circles over by 1 cm. Spoon the mushroom mixture into the center of the pastry circles. Brush the edges with beaten egg, then bake the tartlets for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
