Mushroom Pilaf
Ingredients
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Basmati rice 10 oz
- Salt 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper 1½ teaspoons
- Spices 1½ teaspoons

Rinse the rice.
Step 2
Pour warm water over it and let it soak while preparing the onion and carrot.

Finely chop the onion and sauté until soft.
Step 4
Then add the carrot, grated on a medium grater.
Step 5
Slice the mushrooms thinly.

When the carrot becomes soft, add the mushrooms.

Sauté until the released moisture evaporates.

At this time, drain the water from the rice, then add it to the vegetables and mushrooms.

Sauté for 1.5 minutes.

Then add 1.5 liters of boiling water.

Tightly cover with a lid.

Simmer on low heat for 12 minutes.
