- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
- Homemade Cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tarragon 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, finely chop the mushrooms and the garlic clove.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms with garlic for 4–5 minutes. Then cool for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the mushrooms, tarragon, cheese, and horseradish in a food processor. Chop the mixture, transfer it to a plate, cover, and chill for 2 hours. After that, the dish is ready to serve.
