Ingredients
- Coconut Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lentils 10 oz
- Mushrooms 5 oz
- Zucchini 0 oz
- Sea Salt ½ tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Onion ½ head
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Carrot 5 oz
- Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Ground chili pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the filling. In a large saucepan, pour in the coconut oil. When the oil is heated, add the onion, carrot, mushrooms, and ¼ tablespoon of sea salt. Place the vegetables and lentils in a blender, add spices, and blend until smooth. For a softer filling consistency, add vegetable broth. Add herbs (parsley, spinach, etc.) to taste.
Step 2
Prepare the patties. Form patties from the filling, roll them in a mixture of flaxseed meal, salt, and pepper. Quickly fry on both sides in coconut oil.
