Mushroom Julien with Olives
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Butter 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon 10 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
Step 2
Place the champignons in the heated butter in a skillet.
Step 3
After 2–3 minutes, stir.
Step 4
Slice the olives into rings.
Step 5
Add the finely chopped garlic to the mushrooms and stir. Lower the heat.
Step 6
After 1 minute, add the cream cheese.
Step 7
Salt to taste and mix.
Step 8
Combine the mushrooms with the olives in a baking dish.
Step 9
Top with mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes.
Step 10
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 11
After 10–12 minutes, the dish is ready!
