Ingredients

  • Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onions, heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, and add the onions to sauté.

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms and add them to the onions — they need some time to cook together.

Step 3

Meanwhile, clean the bell pepper and cut it into cubes. Add it to the frying pan with the mushrooms and onions — let everything stew together now!

Step 4

Sprinkle the mushrooms with the stewed vegetables with flour.

Step 5

Now add the tomato paste, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well. If the mushroom goulash seems too thick, you can add a little water.

Step 6

Let our goulash stew a little longer, and it's ready — you can serve it!
