Mushroom Burgers with Truffle Oil

Ingredients

  • Champignon Mushrooms 4 pieces
  • Truffle Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ciabatta 2 pieces
  • Shallot 1 head
  • Mayonnaise 4 tablespoons
  • Grated Parmesan cheese 0 oz
  • Arugula 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat a skillet and generously coat the mushrooms with half of the truffle oil. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 5-6 minutes on each side until tender and golden brown.

Step 2

Brush the cut sides of the ciabatta with the remaining oil and toast until golden brown.

Step 3

Mix the shallot with the mayonnaise and spread it on the cut sides of the ciabatta. Top with the mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and arugula, and cover with the other halves of the ciabatta. Serve with French fries, to taste.
