  • Paprika a pinch
  • Red Long Chili Peppers a knife tip
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic a pinch
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Lime Juice 1 piece

Step 1

In a bowl, mix corn flour with salt, paprika, red pepper, and dried garlic.

Rinse the scallops and pat them dry with a paper towel.
