Ingredients
- Hot-Smoked Muksun Fillet 20 oz
- Pike Perch Fillet 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Onion 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk to taste
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Water to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the white bread in milk, then squeeze it out.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and fry it in a pan until golden brown.
Step 3
Cut the muksun fillet and pike perch fillet into small pieces.
Step 4
Pass the fish fillets, bread, and sautéed onion through a meat grinder.
Step 5
Add grated butter and a little water to the resulting minced mixture, and mix well.
Step 6
Form small cutlets from the minced mixture, coat them in flour and egg, and then fry for 3 minutes on each side in a covered pan.
