Muffin Patties with Soft Cheese
Main Dishes • European
Description
This recipe is great for beginners; it doesn't require much knowledge or effort to prepare. The result is very tasty, beautiful, and unusual. The sauce is made for juiciness, so adjust the amount to your taste. The more you use, the juicier it will be. You can serve anything as a side dish. I made potato cups with mushrooms and cheese.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese to taste
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add finely chopped onion, egg, spices, and parsley to the ground meat. Mix thoroughly. (If you are using chicken meat, you can grate half a green apple into it — it will make the chicken meat very juicy).
Step 2
Take muffin molds, fill them with the prepared meat mixture, and let them sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Mix mustard, sour cream, and tomato paste. I add Provençal herbs for flavor.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit), place the patties inside, and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, take out the patties, brush them with the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven for another 5–10 minutes.
