Description

  • Lentils ½ glasses
  • Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Onion ½ heads
  • Dried Apricots 2 pieces
  • Walnuts 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cook the lentils until almost tender, then season with salt.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and sauté until golden brown. Add the onion, crushed walnuts, and dried apricots to the lentils and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Before serving, add black pepper and parsley to taste.
