
Moroccan-Style Quail with Honey

Ingredients
- Quail Egg 3 pieces
- Honey 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the sharp part of the wing (the phalanx). Make a cut along the back. Turn it inside out. Cover with plastic wrap and press down with your hand.
Step 2
Season the quail with salt and sprinkle with pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with ground ginger and add honey. Gently press the quail with your hands.
Step 3
Bake the quail for 15 minutes at 355°F. Remove from the oven.
Step 4
Serve with Moroccan couscous.
