Ingredients
- Poultry 2 pieces
- Cake crumbs 5 oz
- Pitted Wild Apricots 0 oz
- Dates 0 oz
- Dried Apricots 0 oz
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Cream (40%) 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Parsley to taste
- Shallot 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Apple juice with pulp 2 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the dried fruits and walnuts. Add 2 cups of apple juice and 4 handfuls of breadcrumbs. Mix well, then add the egg and cream. Stir again and add the chopped parsley, shallots, and garlic.
Step 2
Stuff the deboned chickens with the filling, securing the openings with toothpicks.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a while. Serve with apple sauce and candied garlic.
