Moroccan Sea Bass
Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Cilantro 2 stems
- Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
- Shallot 1 piece
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Cumin a pinch
- Meyer Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Lemongrass 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the garlic, ginger, and chili. Finely chop.
Step 2
Place all ingredients except for the fish, lemon juice, and oil into a blender and grind to a thick paste.
Step 3
Sprinkle the prepared fish fillet (dorade works well too) with lemon juice, season with salt, and spread the spice paste. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Heat a grill pan, brush it with oil, and fry the fish for 5–7 minutes on each side.
