Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the morels for 20–25 minutes.
Step 2
Finely dice the shallots. Slice the green onions into thin rings.
Step 3
Mix the shallots and morels with the cream cheese, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Place the resulting mixture on a flatbread. Before serving, the flatbread should be toasted in a dry skillet.
Step 5
To prepare the truffle cream, mix a bit of cream cheese with truffle oil until smooth.
Step 6
Garnish with a dollop of the cream on top.
