Ingredients

  • Moose meat 20 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Green peppercorns to taste
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar 5 fl oz
  • Pasilla Pepper to taste
  • Salt 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Water 15 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, prepare the marinade for the meat. To do this, mix the vinegar with 200 ml of water, add spices, bring the mixture to a boil, and let it cool.

Step 2

Cut the moose fillet into thin strips, pour the marinade over it, and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 3

Stew the moose meat until the marinade has completely evaporated. Then add a glass of water and stew for about an hour. The total time depends on how young the meat is.

Step 4

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Step 5

At the very end, add cold cream to the meat, the fried onion, and stew for another 10 minutes.
