- Rice 2 cups
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Dried celery leaves to taste
- Dill to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, pour in 4 cups of boiling water, cook for 10 minutes until the rice is fluffy, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Peel, wash, boil the carrots, and grate them on a coarse grater.
Step 3
In a deep skillet, sauté the prepared and finely chopped onion in heated vegetable oil until golden, add the carrots and tomato paste, and mix.
Step 4
Combine the vegetable mixture with the rice, season with crushed celery leaves and dill, and add salt and pepper to taste.
