  • Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
  • Mirror Carp 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 5 pieces
  • Onion 2 heads
  • 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the carp, wash it, and cut it into portion-sized pieces.

Step 2

Season each piece with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with oregano.

Step 3

On a greased baking sheet, lay out the sliced potatoes. Season them with salt, and you can also add pepper and oregano if desired.

Step 4

Place the fish on top of the potatoes. Then, add the sliced onions on top.

Step 5

Layer thicker slices of tomatoes on the onions. Season with salt.

Step 6

Spread sour cream over the entire dish and place it in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1 hour.
