- Rabbit 10 oz
- Millet 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Chicken Broth 10 fl oz
- Spices to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut into large strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, and cut into half rings.
Step 3
Rinse the meat, cut it into pieces, and tenderize.
Step 4
Boil the eggs, peel them, mash the yolks, and chop the whites separately.
Step 5
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden, then add the meat.
Step 6
Fry for 10 minutes, add the carrots, and fry for another 7 minutes.
Step 7
Pour in a little broth, add salt. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 8
Add spices, rinsed millet, and pour in the remaining broth.
Step 9
Cook the porridge until ready. Then add the mashed egg yolks.
Step 10
Serve at the table, garnished with chopped egg whites.
