- Millet 1 cup
- Pitted Wild Apricots 5 oz
- Walnuts 3 tablespoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Rinse the prunes, chop them finely, pour in 2 cups of cold water, and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a pot with the prunes, add the rinsed millet, sugar, and salt, bring to a boil, and cook on low heat until done.
Step 3
5–7 minutes before the cooking is finished, add the chopped walnut kernels to the porridge.
Step 4
Stir in the butter into the finished porridge.
