Millet Porridge with Mushrooms and Raisins

Ingredients
- Millet 15 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 1 clove
- Raisins 4 tablespoons
- Dill to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the millet and sauté it in vegetable oil over low heat.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, finely chop it, add to the millet, season with salt, and sauté for 3–5 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the raisins, previously scalded with boiling water.
Step 4
Thoroughly wash the fresh mushrooms, slice them, and place them in a deep frying pan.
Step 5
Peel the garlic clove, wash it, mince it, and add it to the porridge.
Step 6
Pour everything with water, bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 7
Serve at the table, garnished with dill.
