Cook the millet porridge and let it cool.

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat the egg whites with salt.
Step 4
Add the yolks to the porridge, mix well, then fold in the egg whites.
Step 5
Grease a round baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and spread the porridge evenly in it.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven for 10–15 minutes.
