  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz
  • Peanut Butter 5 oz
  • Lemon 2 wedges
  • Water 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the bone-in veal. Pound it between two layers of plastic wrap to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Mix the yolk with water and whisk well. Dredge the meat in flour, spread half of the egg mixture over it, then coat it in breadcrumbs. Drizzle with egg mixture again and coat in breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Heat the peanut oil in a non-stick skillet until hot. Fry the meat on both sides for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Place on paper to absorb excess oil.

Step 4

Serve the meat with salad greens and a wedge of lemon.
