- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Onion 1 head
- Chicken Broth 15 fl oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Fat 1 teaspoon
- Pickled Chanterelles 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, finely chop the onion, and sauté until golden in heated butter in a deep skillet.
Step 2
Rinse the rice, add it to the onion, and sauté while stirring until transparent.
Step 3
Pour the meat broth into the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and simmer the rice until it becomes fluffy.
Step 4
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into large wedges.
Step 5
Clean, wash, and slice the champignon mushrooms thinly.
Step 6
Melt half of the cheese in the butter.
Step 7
Grease a deep bowl with fat, place the tomatoes and mushrooms in it, add the rice, and mix.
Step 8
Transfer the porridge to a flat dish and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
