Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crush the baguette into crumbs and generously sprinkle the crumbs with water, then set aside.

Clean the red and green bell peppers and slice them into strips.
Step 3
Slice the chorizo into rings (you can substitute the chorizo with any smoked sausage).

Slice the onion into half-moons.
