Ingredients
- Egg noodles for wok 10 oz
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Leek ½ piece
- Chinese green beans 4 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, then immediately drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
While the noodles are cooking, thinly slice the red onion, garlic, and fresh chili, and heat a little vegetable oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Sauté the diced chicken fillet for 5 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Add the noodles and vegetables to the skillet and stir for about 5 minutes with the soy sauce.
