- Potato 20 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, and mash them. Add most of the oil, finely chopped onion, a beaten egg, and diced cheese. Season with salt to taste and generously pepper with freshly ground pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Grease two clay pots with oil and evenly distribute the mixture into each. Place small pieces of butter on the surface of the puree. Bake in the oven at 300°F for 20–30 minutes.
