Ingredients

  • Lobster tails 15 oz
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Ground Cumin ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
  • Breadcrumbs 2 cups
  • Margarine 0 oz
  • Cream 22% ½ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the cream with the spices in a cup.

Step 2

Chop the tomatoes and pepper and place them on a baking sheet with the lobster meat. Pour half of the cream on top.

Step 3

The next layer is breadcrumbs mixed with melted margarine.

Step 4

Pour the remaining cream and bake the lobster in the oven for about half an hour at 375°F.
