  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Broth 5 oz
  • Aspen mushrooms 10 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • White bread 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sauté the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown. Then pour in the white wine and meat broth, add the tomato paste, and simmer until tender.

Step 2

Grill the fresh mushrooms and slice them thinly. Peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, then sauté them. Clean the bell pepper, coat it in flour, season with salt, and sauté in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Place the meat on the sautéed croutons, arrange the garnish around it in bouquets, and drizzle with meat juices. It can be served with a salad.
